Experience/Business Background
Tina began her career in the real estate industry in 1986. She believes that her diverse background in real estate, law, and mortgage loan origination help to provide exceptional service to her clients. From 1986 to 1997 she worked as a real estate paralegal and managed a title insurance agency for a law firm in Faribault. As a direct result of her efforts, the firm won awards for quality production and service in 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996. Tina joined Edina Realty Title in 1997 as the Branch Manager for Edina’s new office in Faribault, Minnesota and won awards for the highest increase in market share. From 2000 to 2003, she held the position of Administrator for Edina Realty Title’s Training, Development and Compliance department in Edina, Minnesota. In 2003 Tina took a position as a Mortgage Consultant with Edina Realty Mortgage and her mortgage originating career began from there.
Community/Professional Involvement
Tina has volunteered her expertise and served on such real estate organizations as the Minnesota Real Estate Services Association (MRESA), as Co-Chair of the Education Committee, and also served on the joint task force between MRESA and the Minnesota Association of County Organizations (MACO) and the Minnesota Land Title Association (MLTA).
Locally she has served on the Board of the United Way of Faribault as well as the Faribo Sno-Go Club.
Education
Tina earned an A.A.S. degree in both Information Systems & Office Management (1987) and as a Paralegal (1991). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1996.
